Weather Forecast for North America on September 1, 2013
A frontal boundary moving across the eastern US will bring showers to the region. Partly cloudy skies will prevail from the Northern Plains into the western US, while a few afternoon thunderstorms will be possible along the Gulf Coast and Southeast. Temps will be in the 30’s across Greenland, warming to the 40’s and 50’s for eastern Canada, the 60’s and 70’will enter back into the east coast. The 80’s and 90’s will dominate the weather over the Southeast and Gulf Coast along with the Southwest, the Northern Plains will finally cool down with temps in the 80’s and 90’s.
Weather Forecast for South America on September 1, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will dominate the weather pattern in Peru through northern Chile and across into Brazil; mostly cloudy skies will be found from northern Argentina into central Chile, while Southern Argentina and Chile will see more rain showers and snow showers associated with another frontal boundary. Eastern Brazil will have temps in the 80’s, while Peru and the rest of northern South America will be in the 60’s and 70’s. Temps will cool rapidly over the Andes with temps in the 30’s and 40’s, while temps over Southern Chile and Argentina will also be in the 30’s.
Weather Forecast for Europe and the Middle East on September 1, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will prevail over western England into northern Europe and through most of Spain and France along with Italy. The Middle East will see another hot and sunny day. Western Europe, including England, will see temps in the 50’s and 60’s warming to the 70’s and 80’s across Central Europe and a few upper 80’s to lower 90’s for Spain and Italy. The Middle East will be in the 100-110 range again.
Weather Forecast for Africa and the Cape Verde and Madagascar Islands on September 1, 2013
There will be partly cloudy skies in store for Northern Africa, which will give way to showers and thunderstorms over Central Africa. South Africa and Madagascar will enjoy partly cloudy skies and a tad breezy. The majority of Africa will be in the 90’s, while South Africa will be around the 60’s.
Weather Forecast for Southeast Asia on September 1, 2013
The southwest monsoon will bring another day of moderate rainfall over Southern India and into Sri Lanka. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be possible over Singapore and eastward into Malaysia and northward through most of Vietnam and Thailand. The entire region will see temps in the 80’s and 90’s from India to Singapore.
Weather Forecast for Eastern Asia and the island of (Guam) on September 1, 2013
High pressure will bring partly cloudy skies from northeast Russia into eastern China, while a frontal boundary will bring showers and thunderstorms to Japan, along with an increase in tropical moisture which could lead to possible flooding over southern Japan. Hong Kong will enjoy partly cloudy skies, while Manila and Guam will see afternoon showers. Temps will be in the 50’s and 60’s over northeast Russia warming to the 70’s and 80’s for eastern China and also into Seoul and Tokyo. Temps will be in the upper 80’s for Hong Kong and Guam, while the lower 90’s will be over Manila.
Weather Forecast for the Island of (New Zealand) and Australia for September 1, 2013
Partly cloudy skies will stretch from northern Australia into southeastern Australia, while a few showers along a frontal boundary will impact southwest Australia. New Zealand will also see partly cloudy skies. Northwest Australia and portions of the Outback will see temps in the 70’s with a few locations in the 80’s. Southwest Australia along with Southeast Australia will be in the 50’s and 60’s; New Zealand will find temps in the 40’s and 50’s.
